Áine has always been drawn to caring for others. As a qualified paramedic, she spent more than five years on the frontline, supporting people through emergencies, comforting families, and helping those facing some of life’s most difficult moments. Those experiences taught her that healing isn’t just about treating illness—it’s about listening, connecting, and helping people feel safe, seen, and understood.
Over the years, her passion for wellbeing has grown beyond emergency medicine. Through yoga, mindfulness, movement, nutrition, and time spent in nature, Áine discovered the power of a more holistic approach to health—one that nurtures both the body and the mind. Today, she is passionate about sharing those lessons with others while continuing to learn from every person and community she meets.
At Kids&Sparks, Áine brings a beautiful balance of compassion, resilience, and joy. She loves helping children build confidence, curiosity, and healthy habits through meaningful experiences that encourage kindness, creativity, and connection with the world around them. Her calm and caring nature creates a space where children feel comfortable to explore, grow, and simply be themselves.
Whether she’s leading a yoga session, hiking through nature, cooking nourishing meals, or travelling to discover new cultures, Áine believes that every experience has something to teach us. She is proud to be part of the Kids&Sparks family, inspiring the next generation to care for themselves, each other, and our planet—one little spark at a time.
